This is the service the suburb calls us for, and the frame stage is where our Gledswood Hills evidence sits. Nineteen photographs from a single frame inspection here record a tie down bolt missing from the bracing, a metal angle brace never tensioned, a hoop strap sitting over the plate, joist hangers left out of a first floor, a rafter cut short of its bearing and stiffeners at the steel.
